Please keep the postal receipt with you until we have confirmed the return.
The return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and if the goods are exchanged (e.g. changing the size of clothing), the new shipment is of course free of charge.

The return period for exchanging items of clothing is extended in December to 30 days after date of purchase of the goods or ends on January 21st at the latest (30 days after christmas).
